When you find someone you can be yourself around, that’s rare. That’s peace. That’s love. That’s worth holding onto.

The day Cody and Sarah started actually started with a re-do kiss. He kissed her and she didn’t kiss back. She was so blown away she forgot how to. So she asked, “Can we try that again?” They did. And that kiss was only the beginning of the rest of their lives!

If you guys haven’t noticed, we are anything but traditional. Our first date we went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of snacks and then chilled and watched a movie. 🍿🎥 Then we both left Minot. 🚙 Cody moved to Colorado. ✈️ Sarah moved to California. Somehow we continued to talk to each other while still not knowing what we were doing. A short time later, Sarah moved to Colorado. We decided to grow our family. We brought Lincoln home and then we welcomed Tuva into the world. We bought a house. We planned a wedding. 💍 Then Cody bought a ring. We did it all backwards. 💚 Now we get to celebrate our wedding with all of our loved ones, 8 years into forever.
