The Wedding Website of Sarah Rettker and Chandler Ross
Question

Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception are located at The Westside Warehouse, located at 996 Huff Rd NW, Atlanta, GA 30318, which is 0.9 miles away from The Bellyard Hotel. We will have a shuttle running from The Bellyard to The Westside Warehouse departing at 5:20PM and 5:40PM on Saturday.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged a room blocks at The Bellyard Hotel in Atlanta, which is just under a mile away from our venue and walkable to some of our favorite places in town. You can find more information on accommodations, including booking codes and special rates, on our website's "Travel" page. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Question

How should I get to the ceremony?

Answer

We will have a shuttle running from The Bellyard Hotel to The Westside Warehouse. The shuttle will depart at 5:20PM and 5:40PM. The shuttle will return people from The Westside Warehouse at 10:40PM, 11:00PM and 11:20PM. We will also have Lyft code for you to use throughout the weekend if you plan to come to/from the airport and to/from the venue. Using the LYFT app, use code: RETT2ROSS for discounted fares. If you drive to the ceremony, there is ample parking available in the parking lot.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We request the guests don their best formal attire for our special night. For men, a tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn if preferred - if you have one, why not wear it, right?? :) If opting for a suit, however, a formal dark suit, dress shirt, and a tie is a good option. For women, a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pantsuit - whatever makes you feel FABULOUS!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes before the invitation start time.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.”

Question

Who should I contact with any questions?

Answer

Please feel free to reach out to the bride and groom directly leading up the wedding. On the big day, however, the bride will be passing off her phone to others, so don’t expect an immediate response.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have any concerns or special circumstances, please don't hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further.

Question

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Answer

We chose our cater from one of the best restaurants in Atlanta, so we’re prepared and happy to accommodate dietary requirements. Please note on your RSVP card if you have any restrictions, allergies or concerns ahead of time. Please note, we will be serving passed hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour that we are unfortunately unable to modify.

Question

What's the weather like in Atlanta in October?

Answer

October can be one of the most comfortable months in Atlanta, but honestly, we never know what to expect! Temperatures can range from 50-80 degrees. Luckily, we are planning to have our ceremony and reception indoors. (We may have cocktail hour on the patio outside.)

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is an RSVP card within the formal invitation. Please mail the card back to us using the stamped envelope provided. Be sure to select your dinner entrée by adding initials next to the options provided.
