To book your room within our hotel block, you must reserve your room no later than March 7, 2026. However, earlier reservation is encouraged. Un-booked rooms after this date will be released. Book online using the link provided below, or you may call (321) 784-8500 and state "Sarah and Cameron's Wedding Group" to make your reservation. When making your reservation, enter online or inform the hotel representative whether you are selecting a room with 1 King bed or with 2 Queen beds, subject to availability. Both the 1 King bed and 2 Queen bed room rate is $145.00 (plus tax estimated at 12% for total of $162.40). When you book your room, it is a reservation with a credit card only; no charges are made to your credit card until you arrive and check in at the hotel. However, you must follow the strict 72 hour advance cancellation deadline if you must cancel or be subject to pay the full price.

Flight

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

For Guests who plan to fly, the drive from the Orlando Airport to Cape Canaveral is about 45 miles and will take approximately 1 hour (possibly more or less depending on traffic conditions). You will need to make reservations for your transport from MCO to Country Inn & Suites, or your alternately selected stay. The Bride & Groom recommend Uber or Lyft, Royal Caribbean Air2Sea, or local shuttle services for convenience. All attending guests will receive an email regarding additional transportation information for services to and from MCO and Cape Canaveral.

Guests Who Plan to Drive

For Guests who plan to drive (rental car or personal car) to Cape Canaveral, Country Inn & Suites is offering a Cruise Parking and Shuttle Service return to the Hotel option for $53.50 including 12% estimated tax, which includes Hotel Parking of one vehicle per room for the duration of the cruise and shuttle from the Royal Caribbean Cruise Terminal back to the Hotel on May 11, 2026. Approximately 30 days prior to sailing, you may call Country Inn & Suites at (321) 784-8500 to make your shuttle pick-up time reservation and destination based on your Ship De-boarding Time.
