When do I need to book my Stateroom?
Answer
Our Group reservation is only for a limited time! ***Group rate Staterooms are available through 8.30.25*** If you choose to book after this, your Stateroom rates will not be matched with this locked in Group pricing and you may be in a different part of the ship than the rest of the party. Make sure to secure your Stateroom with the best possible price! We are asking that RSVPs be completed by August 30th to ensure all guests have completed their reservations appropriately. Please do not delay.

Will I need a passport?
Answer
Yes. All guests must have a valid passport. ***IMPORTANT*** Your passport must remain valid 6 months from the sail date. If your passport expires on or before 11.8.26 you MUST renew your passport before sail date.

I'm attending the wedding cruise! How do I know which Stateroom to book?

*Please check out our 'About the Ship & Staterooms' Tab. This will give you a video that walks through each stateroom type. Staterooms vary by location on the ship and the setup of the room that you can request with Group, for example, requesting one Queen or two Twin. *The Staterooms have been reserved under our Royal Caribbean Group Number with Group pricing. Where are the Staterooms located with Group Reservations?

There are four types of Staterooms reserved in our Group. Interior Staterooms are on Decks 9 & 10 Ocean View Window Staterooms are on Deck 10 Ocean View Balcony, Forward Ship Staterooms are on Decks 8, 9, 10 & 11 Ocean View Balcony, Mid Ship Staterooms are on Deck 10

I've decided which Stateroom I want. How do I book?

Please follow these steps to book a reserved Stateroom with Group. 1. Call Royal Caribbean Group Reservations at 800.465.3595 2. Press Option 5 3. Let your representative know that you are calling to book a Stateroom under an existing Group. 4. Communicate Important Information such as -Group Number: 8043513 -Group Name: Sarah and Cameron's Wedding -Ship: Utopia of the Seas -Sail Date: 5.8.26-5.11.26 -The type of Stateroom you are looking to book -Names and DOB must match your passport to board the cruise per maritime law. 5. A $200 deposit will be required at your time of booking. Final payment is due on or before 2.22.26. Affirm may be used for 0% financing/regular progress payments. Please inquire with Group for payment options and scheduling. 6. After booking with Group, you will receive an email confirmation. Question
What if my plus one and I want to get different Drink Packages?
Answer
Drink Packages must match. For example, you want the Deluxe (Alcoholic) and your plus one wants the Refreshment (Non-Alcoholic). Even if your plus one does not drink, they will be required to get the Deluxe (Alcoholic). You may not choose different drink packages within the same Stateroom. This is per Royal Caribbean's policy to reduce drink sharing without the purchase of a Drink Package. The Drink Package of the higher value will be applied across all Stateroom guests (excluding children).
