When to Arrive

To ensure a smooth entrance into our storybook day, please aim to arrive at 5PM to be seated before the ceremony processionals begin. Parking is available on-site, but be aware—like any good adventure, there may be a slight delay at the final turn! 🏞️🛑 The stop sign just before the venue’s street can get a bit backed up, so plan accordingly and give yourself time to settle in before the magic begins.
Wedding
5:15 pm - 11:00 pm
Attire is semi-formal.👔 Cocktail hour will be held on grass, so we kindly suggest choosing shoes that won’t sink—glass slippers are safe as long as they have a block heel or wedge! ✨🥿 Cowboy boots for a little boot-scootin’ are absolutely welcome—this is Texas, after all!🤠
Processional & Ceremony
5:15 pm - 6:00 pm
Our ceremony will last about 30 minutes, so we appreciate your patience as we begin the event. 🙏 Feel free to nibble on something light beforehand. But don’t spoil your appetite—there’s a royal feast waiting to make your taste buds dance! 😋
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 6:45 pm
Mingle & make merry during our cocktail hour as you enjoy a feast fit for kings: 🥔 Potato Martini Station (Gluten-Free) – Create your own savory “potato cocktail” with dreamy mash options: sweet potatoes, roasted garlic reds, and purple potatoes. Customizable toppings include: bacon, chives, butter, sour cream, parmesan, mushrooms, and more. 🧀 Grand Salumi & Fromage Display – A royal grazing table with artisan meats (Coppa, Bresaola, Salami, Mortadella), fine cheeses (Texas Chévre, Saint Andre, Humboldt Fog), garden delights like olives, artichokes, roasted veggies, dips, fruits, nuts, & rustic bread.
Reception
6:45 pm - 11:00 pm
In-N-Out will be serving up 2 burgers of your choice per guest—freshly made to your table for a royal first course. 🍔 Craving more? Head to the In-N-Out truck for seconds to enjoy the full food truck experience under the stars! 🛻🌌 Later in the evening, cake will be served featuring two delightful flavors that take me back to Disneyland!🏰 Warm, cinnamon-kissed churro & Timeless almond vanilla—the perfect, sweet finish to our celebration.🎂
Clean Up / Clear Out

Centerpieces are personal treasures, lovingly chosen to tell our story—please enjoy their beauty but kindly do not take them home.💐 When the celebration winds down, any helping hands during cleanup would be a wonderful blessing & deeply appreciated! Our search for a real Fairy Godparent fell short—so if you’re willing to help after the celebration, we’d be so grateful! No magic wand needed, just your kind heart and willing hands.💖

We kindly ask everyone to drink responsibly and please take care of one another. For your safety and a smooth departure, we highly recommend pre-booking an Uber, Lyft, or car service in advance if you plan to drink. 🚙 Carpools also highly encouraged with a designated driver. Thank you! Let’s keep the night magical and memorable, from the “I do's” to the final goodbye (when the clock strikes 11!). Your safe arrival home means the world to us! ❤️
