FAQs

Please reach out to Sarah or Brad with any additional questions!
Question

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving by 4:00 pm to give enough time for parking and making your way up to the rooftop.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 8th, 2025 so we can have an accurate headcount.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In effort to respect our venue's capacity, we welcome +1s only as listed as available upon RSVP-ing. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Unless they are specifically addressed on your invite, we kindly ask that you do not bring them. We hope that you understand and can think of the night as a date night for you and your partner! We realize this may impact your plans and we want to make sure that you have plenty of time to arrange for children.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Welcome to the Florida winter, all of our out-of-town guests! The weather this time of year is highly unpredictable in temperature, ranging from 40-70 degrees! We expect it to cool off in the evening, so unless there is a cold-snap, a light jacket is recommended. Good news- limited bugs, minimal humidity and it's not during hurricane season!

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

Please note that there is no designated parking available at the venue. However, street parking can be found throughout downtown St. Augustine. As the event coincides with the popular Nights of Lights season, the area is expected to be particularly busy. We strongly recommend walking if you are staying nearby or utilizing a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft. For those planning to drive, we advise allowing additional time to locate and pay for parking.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

An elevator is available to access the loft level; however, please note that there are approximately five steps required to reach the rooftop, where the ceremony and reception will take place.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is beach chic. We ask that you kindly avoid white, cream colors, or dark mauve.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitted, the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. The dinner will be inside.

Question

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos during our unplugged ceremony, allowing everyone to be fully present in the moment. Following the conclusion of the ceremony, however, we warmly encourage you to take and share photos—your captured memories will mean so much to us!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks on us!
