Kindly RSVP by July 15th, 2026. Responses received after this date may not be able to be accommodated.
Dress Code: Semi-Formal Suits and dresses are encouraged. Please note the ceremony will take place outdoors on a mountain summit, where temperatures can be cool with wind—layers and stable footwear are recommended.
We love all of your children very much and would love to celebrate with them on our big day! That said, we kindly ask that parents ensure their children are specifically listed on the invitation, as we’re only able to accommodate those who are invited. Please contact the bride or the groom with questions.
Late summer in Montana typically brings warm days and cool evenings. Expect daytime temperatures in the 70s-80s °F with plenty of sunshine, and evenings that can feel cool and crisp.
The ceremony starts at 6:05 at the summit. Please arrive 45-60 minutes early to enjoy the view and summit refreshments. Important note: You need to be on the lift to the summit no later than 5:30. Arriving at the lift after 5:30 will result in missing the ceremony.
Guests will take open chairlifts or enclosed gondolas to the summit. With varying levels of comfort and disability, all guests will have the option between riding in a chairlift or the gondola. *Please note, only Chair 1 to the ceremony has both open-air chairs and enclosed gondolas. Chair 6, from the base lodge to Chair 1, has only open-air chairs. Guests needing an enclosed gondola should plan to park or be dropped off at the Lift Plaza to avoid Chair 6.
The lift operators are happy to slow or completely stop the chairlift to allow guests enough time to get on and off the chair or gondola safely. Just ask!
Yes, guest safety is very important to us. Guests lodging on the mountain through Whitefish Mountain Resort will have shuttles available to and from the ceremony/reception. Guests staying on the mountain through other entities (AirBnB, Vrbo) will have shuttles available back to their lodging after the reception.
