Our event is Black-Tie Optional. Ladies should wear floor-length gowns or stylish separates, and men should wear a black tux or dark suit with a tie.

Yes, we will provide transportation for our guests to and from the venue on Wedding Day. Buses will depart from and return to the Hyatt Regency - Westlake. If you plan to use the transportation, please be ready in the hotel lobby by 4:30 PM to ensure the buses leave by 5 PM. After the reception, buses will return guests to the hotel. *Please let us know if you'd like to use the transportation when submitting your RSVP*

All guests will be allowed to enter at 5:30 PM. If you are not taking the shuttles from the hotel, please plan your travel accordingly so the ceremony can begin on time at 6:00 PM.
There is plenty of available parking for guests who choose to drive to the venue.
