Here's what to expect during our wedding weekend! We are only taking RSVPs for Welcome Drinks and Reception. Just a quick heads-up: our welcome dinner, wedding, and reception will be adults-only affairs (no kids under 18). However, we welcome little ones along for a Montana weekend filled with hiking, fishing, and other adventures. Please arrange for child care during the wedding events. The Lodge concierge can support with child care referrals.

Glacier National Park Hike

8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Glacier National Park Transportation: - The Wedding Party will be utilizing Wild Horse Limo vans to explore GNP (departing at 10am). Please make your own transportation arrangements to get from Whitefish to GNP. Options: Wild Horse Limo, Montana Shuttle, Taxi/Uber, car rentals - Apgar Visitor Center is ~45 minutes from Whitefish, has parking & is a good place to grab a shuttle. Link to GNP shuttle stops from Apgar (https://www.nps.gov/glac/planyourvisit/upload/ShuttleMap_2024.png) - We recommend visiting historic Lake McDonald Lodge for snacks, drinks + R&R. Hiking: - Avalanche Creek Stop: Avalanche Lake trail (the hike the bride is doing) is about a four mile round trip beautiful hike (est. 2-3 hours hike, 30 min shuttle from Apgar). At the same shuttle stop there is an easier flat one mile trek called Trail of The Cedars with an amazing waterfall. - Logan Pass Stop: Highline Trail (the hike the groom is doing) for a more difficult hike. It is a very popular out and back so you can go as far as you would like (est. 5-6 hours, 90 min shuttle from Apgar) There is a hidden lake overlook there too for a shorter hike.
