Adolfo Suarez Madrid Barajas - Airport
This is the best airport to fly into. The airport is about 20 minutes from the city center. There are 3 transportation options from Madrid-Barajas Airport (MAD) to Madrid city center, bus, taxi/uber, and Metro. The most convenient option is taking a Madrid airport taxi at a cost of 30€. Another well priced option is the metro. Tickets are 3€ one-way, and the journey only takes 22 minutes. The final transportation option is the bus. This takes a little longer than the other options, but is only 5€ per ticket.
