This is the location of the after party; join us until 2AM at the lobby bar! You can book through our room block or separately. The room block webpage will default to Friday (3/27) through Monday (3/30), but it is editable and the first wedding-related event is an informal welcome event Saturday evening. We're arranging a shuttle to and from the wedding venue from the parking lot that this hotel shares with the Hilton Garden Inn- Dulles North, so it will be convenient for guests at both hotels. The hotel has an airport shuttle to the Dulles International Airport. Please reach out directly to the hotel if you need to arrange one.

This hotel shares a parking lot with the Aloft, so guests from both hotels can easily take our shuttle to and from the wedding venue. It will also be easy to walk over and join us in the Aloft lobby bar for the after party! You can book through our room block or separately. Shuttle from Aloft and Hilton Garden Inn to Ceremony

March 29, 2026 4:00 pm - 4:15 pm

We have three school buses to shuttle guests from the hotels to the venue. They will arrive to pick up guests at 1600 and will leave the hotels' parking lot for the venue no later than 1615. Guests will arrive at the venue no later than 1645.

We have three school buses that will arrive to pick guests up from the venue at 2300 and will leave no later than 2315. They will drop off guests in the hotels' parking lot around 2345.

Flight

Dulles International Airport (IAD)

Dulles is the closest airport to the recommended hotels and the venue, and our suggested airport for guests who are flying. It is approximately a 15 minute Uber or drive to the hotels. Please note, Dulles is a pretty big airport, so if you're not familiar with it, we would allow for extra time. For departures, Alex suggests arriving at Dulles at least 1 hour 30 minutes before a domestic flight-- Sarah would suggest at least 2 hours.

Flight

Reagan International Airport (DCA)

Reagan is the other Virginia airport that you can fly into. It is approximately a 45 minute drive from the recommended hotels; taking public transit would be somewhat unrealistic, but you could manage it in about an hour and a half with a short Uber ride towards the end or about 30 minutes of walking. DCA is smaller and more manageable than IAD, but more prone to delays. It is also the closest airport to DC, and a good option if you're planning to spend time in the city before or after the wedding. For leaving out of DCA, we would suggest arriving at least 1hr 30min early.
