Shuttle Schedule

The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests from both the Sheraton Suites Cuyahoga Falls and the Hampton Inn Stow. Please see the schedule below: Shuttle 1 (Immediate Family & Bridal Party) 2:15pm: Bus leaves Sheraton Suites 2:30pm: Bus leaves Hampton Inn 2:45pm: Bus arrives at Happy Days Lodge (for pre-ceremony photos) Shuttle 2 (Guests - will arrive early) 3:15pm: Bus leaves Sheraton Suites 3:30pm: Bus leaves Hampton Inn 3:45pm: Bus arrives at Happy Days Lodge Shuttle 3 (Guests - will arrive on time) 4:00pm: Bus leaves Sheraton Suites 4:15pm: Bus leaves Hampton Inn 4:30pm: Bus arrives at Happy Days Lodge Return Shuttle: The shuttle will loop between the venue and hotels beginning at 8:30pm, so that guests can depart whenever they choose. The final bus will leave at 12am.

The ceremony will be inside an enclosed and heated sunroom in the Happy Days Lodge.

The reception will take place in the Great Hall of Happy Days Lodge, which is the same building as the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony, we will have a cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will begin at 6pm, with dancing to follow. Dinner will be buffet style with mains of lechon roasted chicken and braised beef short rib (both GF), along with sides and salad. There will also be vegan and kids menu options served separate from the buffet. Please indicate buffet, vegan, or kids menu in the options below, or select "other" and explain in a comment (e.g., infant who will not need a meal, or other dietary restriction).
