What's the vibe?

Answer

Semi-formal: suits and cocktail dresses. Think ocean-side garden party. For my heel wearers, the ceremony and other parts of the venue are grass.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm to the ceremony.

Are there Ubers or Lyfts in the area?

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue. General parking is in the field past the reception tent. ADA parking is on the main drive across from the Cabin.

Can I leave my car at the wedding venue over night on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! You just have to pick it up by 11am on Sunday.

Are kids welcome?

Of course! We have a kids meal on the menu :)

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please tell us your food allergies when you RSVP. There will be gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options for all courses served.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying with us at the TownePlace Suites Westport or Hampton Inn/Fall River Westport there will be two school buses that transport guests to the ceremony. After the reception one bus will bring people back to the hotels and one will bring folks to the afterparty Woot Woot!! Then finally, the buses will bring everyone back at the end of the night to the hotels above. These hotels share a parking lot so this is available from either location but buses will not be able to stop anywhere else.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes! We're hosting a welcome party, Drinks with Friends, at Pivotal Brewing on Friday, June 27 at 7:30pm. You can RSVP to that event under the RSVP tab. Food is not included but you can bring takeout if you want!

What time do I have to be ready for the bus?

Answer

3:50pm. The bus leaves at 4pm sharp! It is a 23 minute drive to the wedding venue.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yup! The ceremony will be held right next to the cocktail hour and reception location.
