NO!! You will need to catch a shuttle from the Lodges on Vashon prior to the start of the ceremony.
Vashon is an island west of Seattle. The only way to get there is by ferry. If your coming from Seattle or Seatac Airport, you will use the Fauntelory-Vashon Ferry location in West Seattle if you are coming from Tacoma, you would take the Point Defiance-Tahlequah ferry. You can find fall ferry times on this website when they are available as well as on the wsdot.wa.gov website
Once you get into Seattle you will need to make your way to the Fauntelory Ferry in West Seattle. You can take ubers, taxi or the bus. You do also have the option to walk onto the ferry. The issue begins once you arrive on island. There is very limited public transportation on Vashon and the times are very sporadic. There is an on island bus that takes you from the ferry into the downtown area. If you are planning on exploring the island on your own or if you are not staying at the Lodges on Vashon or very close to it, a car would give you much more freedom to explore
Not on the island. Airbnb.com or VRBO.com are your best options. There are hotels in West Seattle, Port Orchard Area (south worth ferry to Vashon) and Tacoma. All of these locations have ferries going to Vashon daily.
Unclear but possibly
Also unclear but not likely (thank you social media) We would advise against shots if this is a concern
We can only hope and pray
