Andreas opened up a map of the world and searched every corner for the perfect trip. Something built around everything we love: great food, incredible wine, and stunning landscapes. After weeks of searching (and quietly scheming), Andreas landed on Bordeaux, and just down the coast, San Sebastián. But there was one challenge -- if it were just the two of us, Sarah would’ve known something was up. So, to keep the surprise, Andreas brought in Sarah Bastigkeit, the maid of honor, and her partner in crime, Max. The trip was framed as a planned group wine-drinking adventure—but in reality, it was always meant to be just the two of us. That made the surprise all the more special. And Bordeaux? It exceeded every expectation. The sunsets, the atmosphere, the vibe, the food, the wine—it all came together in a way that genuinely left us in awe. Now, we want to share this experience, this feeling with you—and hope you’ll find the same sense of calm, inspiration, and connection that we did. Andi hat sich eine Weltkarte vorgenommen und wochenlang nach dem perfekten Ort gesucht – irgendwo, wo gutes Essen, großartiger Wein und schöne Landschaften zusammenkommen. Nach viel Hin und Her stand fest: Bordeaux – und ein Stück weiter südlich, San Sebastián. Die Herausforderung: Wenn es einfach nur ein Trip zu zweit gewesen wäre, hätte Sarah sofort Verdacht geschöpft. Also hat Andi die Trauzeugin, Sarah Bastigkeit, und ihren Freund Max mit ins Boot geholt. Die Reise wurde als gemeinsame Weinreise mit Freunden geplant – aber in Wahrheit war von Anfang an klar, dass es nur um uns zwei ging. Genau das hat den Moment so besonders gemacht. Und Bordeaux? Hat alles getoppt. Die Sonnenuntergänge, die Stimmung, das Essen, der Wein – wir waren einfach hin und weg.
