Answer

Picks up at 3:15 from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The busses will have our names on a sign, and Shea will be there to help! If you did not RSVP, there are still seats open but don’t be late! If you RSVP’d that you were interested, you have been assigned to one of the two busses. Check your email for that information - I’m sending out a blast email Tuesday Night. 9/20/2021 - RSVP! Let us know you're coming on the RSVP tab of this website. No paper or stamps required. 9/29/2021 - Hotel reservations must be confirmed BEFORE this date! If you want to stay at the Crowne Plaza at our discounted rate, look at the travel tab on this website for details.

COVID?! MASKS?!

Answer

If you have NOT received the COVID-19 vaccine you are required by the venue to wear a mask at all times and may be seated separately, per CDC guidelines. Fully vaccinated individuals will have no restrictions. Our venue is 99% outdoors and we know all of us are doing our part by getting vaccinated! Please reach out to Joe or Sarah if you have any questions or concerns.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Evening inspired, confidence required :) There is no minimum fancy requirement. Full length or cocktail dresses sound great! No jeans, please. Got a bold button-up or an excellent dress you need an occasion for? This is it! LADIES and all heels-wearing individuals! This is an outdoor venue and there is a lot of grass, so do yourself a favor and keep that in mind for your choice of shoes! Also, it might get a little chilly after sunset, so bring a jacket just in case.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

YES! Stay with us at the Crowne Plaza in Foster City! Sarah's Mom got an awesome rate for our guests and it will be a lot of fun for friends to all be in the same place! More info in the Travel tab.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

4:30pm! We have a sharp start and end time at the venue, so timeliness is appreciated :)

How’s the drive to the venue?

Answer

Pretty straightforward but the last bit is definitely a winding road. We are coordinating a shuttle from the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Foster City. Contact Sarah or Joe to reserve a seat!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but it is HIGHLY recommended to carpool. Uber and Lyft are NOT recommended as a way home - the venue told us that they have been known to cancel before coming to get you. Please travel responsibly from the venue and have a designated driver. We are arranging a shuttle from the Crowne Plaza in Foster City. Contact Joe or Sarah to reserve a seat! We want everyone to have a blast and celebrate with us, but more importantly we want everyone to get home safe. There is plenty of parking, but have a plan to drive sober.
