Unfortunately no. We love your kiddos but due to seating capacity this wedding is age 18+ with the small exception of our immediate nieces and nephews. Children are, however, welcome at the welcome party and morning after brunch

Absolutely! When it's your turn at the buffet, simply inform the catering staff about your specific food allergy, and they will gladly prepare a safe and delicious meal tailored to your requirements. If you have a serious food allergy please text Rex or Sarah so they can alert the catering staff.
Yes, convenient parking is available at our venue. To prioritize everyone's safety, we kindly request that guests who plan to enjoy our open bar utilize the complimentary shuttle service from designated hotels, arrange a ride share, or designate a sober driver. If needed, you may also leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight and retrieve it the following morning.
Our short ceremony and cocktail hour can be moved inside in the event of storms. The reception space is already indoor.
Transportation to and from our wedding venue is easy and convenient! We've arranged a shuttle service for guests staying at our designated hotels, The Best Western & Captain Hiram’s . The shuttle will depart around 3:45pm from both hotels, bringing you directly to the venue. After the celebration, we'll have a return shuttle leaving shortly after our sparkler exit. For those interested in continuing the festivities, you can hop off at Captain Hiram's Sandbar, which stays open until 1am. We look forward to making your transportation smooth and stress-free!
