For the Welcome Party on Friday: Think floral mid-length dresses, long-sleeve button downs, and khakis. Think sensible shoes for the grass. Think garden party at a summer camp wedding because... it will be. For the Wedding Ceremony and Reception on Saturday: We're taking it up a notch with dark suits with ties or tuxedos, long dresses, and of course, sensible shoes for the grass. Dress to impress.
This is a fully functioning camp, so make sure to bring a swimsuit and towel, clothes for activities, running shoes, sunscreen, water bottle, and bug spray. Don’t forget your beauty supplies, including soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Bring a steamer or iron for your fancier clothes as well!
Lots of suggestions for this one - you definitely have time to learn Morse Code. You can purchase walkie talkies to distribute as needed. You can train a carrier pigeon. We also suggest setting an aggressive Out of Office message and chatting with new and old friends.
Those staying at the camp will have the option for breakfast and a boxed lunch on Saturday morning, as well as breakfast on Sunday.
Yes! We will have buses to transport guests staying at the Norwich Inn to/from the camp on Friday and Saturday.
The Dartmouth Coach picks up in Boston (South Station and Logan Airport) and New York (Midtown) and drops off in Hanover, NH (~20 min from the camp). We sent out a carpool form to coordinate rides to/from Hanover or other locations - let us know if you did not receive it.
Each cabin has specified parking and there is additional parking available near the Lodge. Please try to carpool as much as possible.
Let us know on the RSVP card, and feel free to contact us separately with additional details. We will have gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available.
