The dress code is black tie preferred. Take this night out as an opportunity to dress to the nines! For the ladies, this means mid-length or full-length dresses are ideal. For gentlemen, you can certainly wear a tuxedo, but if you don't, a dark colored suit with a traditional tie or bowtie is perfectly fine as well. We can't wait to see you in your Saturday night best!
Harold and Diana Astorquiza would like to make your life as easy as possible, especially with the Taylor Swift concert minutes from our ceremony location! We would encourage as many people as possible to sign up for a spot on a Shuttle Bus that will take you from the JW Marriott to the church for the ceremony, and back to the JW Marriott for the reception! As long as you are at the JW Marriott NO LATER THAN 3pm (and signed up for a spot), you are golden. Take advantage of one of our event rates at a nearby hotel or enjoy the night and Uber home after the festivities have ended!
If you choose to drive yourselves, parking at JW Marriott is valet only. The valet cost is $38 per night. We encourage those who can to take advantage of our special rate at any of the other hotels on the "Guest Accomodations" tab and kick your shoes off, the drinks will be flowing! For those in Tampa who will be going back home, we recommend taking advantage of the open bar and ubering!
Your invitation and online RSVP will note who we have reserved a seat for.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!
With enough notice we can absolutely ensure your dietary restrictions are observed. Please make sure to make a note of any special requests on your RSVP!
Please arrive no later than 3:30 at Jesuit. We want to ensure everyone is on time for the ceremony so we can get the party started as scheduled!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will not attend" so we can plan accordingly.
Both ceremony and reception will be held indoors - safe and sound from Florida weather
