Can children attend?

While we would love to see little ones at the wedding we kindly ask that this be an adults only celebration.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know in your RSVP if you have dietary restrictions and we will work with our caterer to accommodate them. The dinner buffet will include chicken and beef options, with a mixed salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been extended to you, their name (or the word "guest") is listed alongside yours on your paper invitation. That same verbiage will appear when you complete your RSVP online.

What's the dress code?

Answer

Not black tie by any means, but let's keep it classy, folks. Dress to impress.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

With the exception of a few specific individuals, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We've hired a wonderful photographer so please leave it to the professionals.

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, we intend to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing outside. Dinner will be indoors.

Is there a block of hotel rooms?

Answer

We have a block of discounted rooms at the Hampton Inn and Suites in downtown La Crosse. See the Hotel & Travel page for a link to the room block.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles going between the Hampton Inn and Suites and Mt. La Crosse. There will be one early shuttle returning to the hotel for guests who do not wish to stay for the entire reception. There is ample parking at the venue for those wanting to drive themselves.

The last song will be at 10:15 p.m.
