When should I RSVP by?

Please arrive to the ceremony between 4:00-4:15PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

There is plenty of parking at the hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please note your allergy upon RSVPing.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. If you elect not to stay at the Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa, know that you are responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the ceremony.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unless explicitly invited, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to this event.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

All hotel recommendations can be found in the travel page of our website. For the sake of ease, we recommend booking directly with our venue, however, we understand if our guests elect to book somewhere more economical, and have provided two alternative options. Please not that hotels in the Hood River area in September will likely be comparably expensive.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If there is not a plus one listed on your invitation, you have not been alotted a plus one. We are at maximum capacity and do not have room to accomodate additional guests. Note from Sara: With all of the love in my heart and soul, please do not bring an unexpected guest, and if you do, leave them in the room with plenty of food and water.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal. Long dresses and suits. Note: Please avoid olive green unless you'd like to match all of the bridesmaids.

What is the latest date I can book a hotel room at the venue?

Answer

If you would like to book a room at the Columbia Gorge Hotel and Spa, we recommend you do so prior to June 14th. At that point, all blocked rooms will be released to the public. At this time there are less than 35 rooms available and we are expecting 115+ guests, so please keep that in mind.
