When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by March 14th, 2025, so we can have an accurate headcount. :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We will have rooms blocked off at the Fairfield Hotel in Weaverville for our guests. There are also Airbnb recommendations under the “Travel” section. Please book your hotel room by June 13th if you are staying at the Fairfield Hotel.

What will the weather be like?

Welcome to Asheville, all of you out-of-towners! The weather here can be funny. During the day, the weather in Asheville should be beautiful, averaging 70-85 degrees, and drops to 60 degrees during the evening. Please bring some warm layers for the evening, we don't want anyone freezing their bu...well you get the point. ;)

Where should I park?

There is plenty of free parking near the entrance of the Emerald Ridge Farm.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, and we will have a golf cart available for anyone needing assistance getting around the property!

The dress code is semi-formal.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is outdoors on the farm, but we will hold the reception in the barn and various tented areas :)

What kind of shoes should I wear?

Answer

Calling all ladies! Do not wear stiletto heels. I repeat, do not wear stiletto heels. There are a bunch of grassy/dirt areas that you will have to walk in so wear chunky heels or sandals. Can't have any of you ruining nice shoes or breaking any ankles.

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We would love for you to take photos and share them on our app Zola. However, please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
