Is the wedding in-person or over Zoom?

Answer

Currently, both! Our plan is to have a vaccinated-only event, outside. This follows CDC and local guidelines, and we believe this will be a safe way to celebrate together. We are still offering a zoom/or recorded option for the ceremony, and completely understand if this is more in your comfort level. If you have not had the opportunity to be vaccinated or are choosing not take this step before the wedding, we ask that you join us virtually.

What safety precautions are you taking?

Answer

We are requiring full vaccination for all who are attending (last vaccine at least two weeks before September 4th.) The wedding will be held entirely outside. Per CDC guidelines for vaccinated folks outside, we are not requiring masks but understand and support you if you would like to wear one. We are happy to talk more on an individual basis. Most of all, we want to emphasize that if you do not feel comfortable, there will be absolutely no hard feelings if you would prefer to attend virtually- your safety and comfort come first.

But what will I wear?

Answer

NOT HEELS! I repeat, NOT HEELS! The whole wedding will be outside, the ceremony will be down a short path in the woods. Brave of heart might choose wedges, but please, bring a back-up pair of comfy shoes. Other than that strong word of advice, wear your favorite wedding attire that makes you feel beautiful/suave/stellar/whimsical. This might very well be your first excuse to dress up since the pandemic, let's live it up.
