We met August 2020 at a pizza party at Woodpecker. Sara started working/living there that week as a family assistant to the CEO of Joby Aviation, Dylan and the other guys who lived there were all engineers. My mom joked I somehow landed myself in the real world version of the bachelorette moving into a place with 30 single dudes. We didn’t exactly hit it off….Dylan hardly spoke to me until Halloween when he was drunkenly dressed up as our friend Drew’s car. He pulled me on the dance floor, serenaded me that night and I thought there could be something there. The next day he went back to hardly talking to me…..I took this as a challenge and by Thanksgiving he asked me on our first date. He was well worth the wait. :)

Dylan and Sara went on a hike down to the quarry at sunset. They walked into the cave under the silo. When Sara came down the stairs what did she see? Dylan with a ring!
