Well, the entire world has been on pause for a year now and that includes us. But now our hibernation is through and we are up out of our caves stretching and yawning and ready to party! After deliberation with our wedding venues and some of our top-of-the-line wedding talent, we have decided on a new post-pandemic date of Sunday October 24th, 2021. The weather in Florida at that time of year has generally been between 66 and 80 degrees, so it's gonna be nice! Even though the postponement was not based on a situation we created, we still really appreciate everyone's patience as we navigated these unprecedented times and tried to do what was right for everyone to be happy and healthy. We'll be sending out new "Save the Date" mailers shortly but please go ahead and lock in October 24th on your calendars. Travel information is the same as before and can be found on this website. We do have a new venue for the reception which you can find information about in the "Schedule" tab. It is only a few blocks away from the ceremony venue. We are really looking forward to seeing you all soon and sharing this special day with us!

Marti and Carlo were introduced by a sentient robot algorithm that went by the name of OK Cupid. The chaotic-yet-ordered collection of data and analytics thought they just might have a thing or two to talk about. And so, on a muggy June evening they decided to hang out at a non-threatening Starbucks near where Marti lived in Lake Mary, FL. It turned out that they did indeed have a lot to talk about and they decided to escalate their date to an only-slightly-more-threatening Jimmy John's next-door. The subs came almost as fast as the chemistry between the two humans and future meetings were agreed upon. The internet has been a forum for a lot of hate and misinformation but every once in a while, it is able to use its collection of mined stolen and volunteered data for good and to aid the will of fate to bring people together.
