Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, we understand we have friends and family with children who are dear to us and they are welcome. Please account for them in your RSVP. The venue is on a mountain/hill so be sure to keep an eye on your children for danger, and if they become loud and extremely agitated please remove yourselves temporarily to avoid disturbing the rest of the guests.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is SHOW OUT! We want everyone to come as dressed up as possible, really come in your best outfit, something you haven't been able to break out, we want to see everyone looking gorgeous and elegant! Our wedding colors are light blue, sage green and burgundy so we encourage those colors especially.

I have dietery restrictions, what can I have?

Answer

There will be at least one vegan option during dinner, and we will have ingredient lists for any allergies you may have.

Is there a wedding party?

Answer

No, we don't have bridesmaids or groomsmen! We both have many friends who are long distance, family who is dear, and newer friends we cherish, so picking favorites was too difficult. The ceremony will just be Sara and Brent and the officiant.

Is there parking?

Answer

There is plenty of parking outside the venue gates. You will park in the lot and walk a few steps into the venue, grab your welcome champagne and find a seat for the ceremony!

What time should I really get there?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4pm! Come a little early to find your seats, or come very early if you want to help us set everything up, but truthfully just arrive a bit before 4pm and enjoy the day! We have until 11pm to be outside enjoying everyone's company, so please just be seated by 4pm.

Is there going to be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. We will have our favorite lemon drop cocktail, a white gummy bear shot, blue moon, twisted tea, and a white wine available. Please bring some cash for tips for the bartender, or bring yourself a bottle to put on ice if you don't like these options!

What non-alcoholic drinks will be available?

Answer

We will have ice water, Arizona iced teas, and assorted sodas available as well.

Can I bring my pet?

Answer

Unfortunately the venue does not allow dogs or pets, you can of course bring service animals you need.
