What is the parking situation?

Answer

Vulcan has a ton of free parking! So that is no concern! Some of the lots involve stairs and more walking than the top lot. So, feel free to drop passengers off at the top and then park.

Should we bring gifts to the wedding?

Answer

We think it would be more convenient for our friends and family to ship us gifts through our registry instead of carting around a gift the day-of! We will have a box for wedding cards though, if you feel inclined to bring one!

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

Answer

There is a loose dress code of cocktail attire/party attire that we would like to revolve around! So sparkly outfits, that fancy thing in your closet that you never get to wear, or something pretty and comfortable. We want you to feel like your best self and have the best time!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We are having Taziki's catering and so there should be options to accommodate anyone's dietary choices.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We are hiring a bar service for the evening and have set a tab high enough for us to buy everyone a drink, or maybe 2 depending on who all drinks! After that tab is reached, it'll turn into a cash bar so that you can continue having a good time!

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The plan is to have the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors, but if the weather does not cooperate then the entire event will be indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:45, which is 15 minutes before the ceremony is set to begin. This will give you enough time to park and find a seat!

Can we take pictures and videos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Please take pictures and videos during the reception, but during the ceremony, we would really love for everyone to be present with us. It is important to us that we acknowledge the importance and meaning of that moment for us.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

We are still piecing together decorations and accents, but generally please take a decoration with you or multiple if the urge strikes you!
