4 Bedroom 4 Bath: The two story, naturally lighted artist's loft, has a flexible floor plan to accommodate a wide range of entertaining and sleeping arrangements. Because I make my living designing and building things, the spacious home is filled with textiles, art, natural materials and works in progress. You’ll notice an obsessive compulsive attention to detail throughout - custom carved teak doors, polished concrete & pebble mosaic floors, natural clay wall finishes, custom light switches, etc. I've been told there's something about the space that fuels the imagination and inspires a sense of play, making it perfect for corporate brainstorming sessions and artist/writer retreats.

This beautiful 4 bed/2.5 bath home located in Southwest Austin is perfect for any group whether you are traveling with family, colleagues, or just for a vacation getaway. It is located near tons of shopping and restaurants, as well as a nearby park. The kitchen has recently been upgraded with new counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large formal living room is perfect for playing games or just sitting back and relaxing. The master bedroom has tons of closet space and modern upgrades to the master bathroom.. The room also includes a private balcony that overlooks downtown Austin. The two bedrooms downstairs have brand new carpet and share a bathroom. The extensive backyard is one of our favorite part's of the house with a large covered patio, and impressive entertaining area with plenty of seating.

Cute country cottage approx. 900 sq. ft. The first floor is an open plan living room/kitchen, while upstairs you will find a comfortable bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom. There is a futon downstairs, which can accommodate two people. We also can provide up to two extra single beds by special request. We supply all bed linens and towels. We will do housekeeping and laundry before and after your stay, but a washer and dryer are available for your use. Rates are based on occupancy by 2 guests. Additional fee of $10 per night per additional guest. Cleaning fee of $65 applies to all stays. Please note that 6% state hotel tax must be added for all stays of less than 30 days.

This 660 square foot Casita has a private entry ensuring total privacy. Located on almost 2 wooded acres on a quiet cul de sac. Lots of wildlife abound, including many birds, deer, roadrunners and squirrels. Nice place to come unwind after a fun time in Austin, only 25 minutes away. 2 night minimum on weekends. Red Robin Casita is a quiet, clean, inviting place. There is a large dressing room that could also be used as a quiet spot away from the television in the main area. Waking up to the sound of many birds singing is a very nice way to start a day. The skylight will let the sunshine in while you enjoy coffee. There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower. Plush towels and washcloths provided, as well as shampoo and conditioner. Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee pot, toaster oven and hot plate. Grill and outdoor seating area available to use. I will provide coffee.

Conveniently located South of Austin, this studio is above a detached garage on a wooded 5+ acre gated estate in Buda. The 450 sq ft studio has a private, indoor entrance with off street parking. Wi-Fi, smart LCD tv and Blu ray player. All the conveniences of a traditional hotel: Walk-in closet has a full size ironing board and iron with starch spray and water bottle. Waffle weave bathrobe. Keurig k-cup coffee machine, Mr.Coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, blender, slow cooker crock pot, George Foreman grill, induction cooktop, toaster and microwave Available for nightly and weekly stays. The calendar is up to date. Enter exact dates for an accurate quote. The studio has a custom built Murphy bed with Queen size pillow top mattress. The mattress and all pillows are protected with an allergen reducing/dust mite and bed bug proof encasement. All linens are washed in Charlie's Laundry Soap, a green, biodegradable, chemical and fragrance free product.
