Wear a costume!! Since we've rescheduled for a more intimate ceremony close to Halloween, we invite our guests to dress up! For more fun; dress up as your shadow character!
Uber arrivals: please have your driver drop you off at the gate. Let him/her know not to drive past the gates or onto the property! They will not be able to turn around due to the set-up of tables and catering etc. Driving & Parking: there is plenty of street parking along Cardinal Drive, Quail Road, Bluebird Drive, Mockingbird Drive, and Dove Drive. These are all within a short walking distance to our front gate, however, if you need assistance there will be valet options.

Dinner & Dancing!

Dinner will be 100% organic, gluten free and dairy free. There will be (1) beef, (1) chicken and (1) seafood option, 3 appetizers, 3 sides, a salad and several desserts. Food will be served "family style" at each table. If you have allergies or specificities outside of the above, please let us know below.
Bonfire Unmasking Ceremony
9:00 pm - 9:45 pm
We invite our guests to participate in their own UNMASKING! During dinner there will be blank note paper, white masks and markers, gel pens and glitter (with instructions) to create your own "mask" representing what you feel is limiting your ability to fully give or receive LOVE!! So, after dinner and dessert, you will hear the DJ announce the start of the ceremony and be prompted to walk down to the bonfire (optional! You can also stay and eat, chat, dance). We will burn the limiting thoughts, beliefs, worries, and. anxieties together in the fire and dance, laugh, and smile together.
Fireworks
9:45 pm - 11:30 pm
We invite you to stay and enjoy: DJ E playing music from every decade & genre Bonfire gathering & musical drums Fireworks & stargazing on blankets Connection & creative activities Uber arrivals: please have your driver pick you up at the gate.
