How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. There is going to be a RSVP card with your invite with a QR code that will take you right to the RSVP page.

All RSVP's need to be sent in by August 8th 2026

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 8th 2026, you will be marked as "not attending", We would love to be celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPS. {This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drinks accommodations for you}.

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, Please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but you find that you will not make it, please notify Sara as soon as you are aware.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the Ceremony is given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seats NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies you can wear floor length dresses or pant suit. Gentleman you can wear slacks, button down shirt with tie or if you want to get all fancy with a full suit! Please no jeans, sneakers, and of course no wearing white.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally Invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "{your name} and Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us!

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams.

What if I am running late?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Unfortunately if you are not seated by then, you will miss the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos/videos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

How can I contribute?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute, we have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be in a indoor area located near where the ceremony took place.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a beer/wine bar & Wine cooler bar.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Trenton FL. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guest the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them! Click the travel tap to see the hotels we recommend.
