We only have space for 100 guests at the reception, so please RSVP using the tab above as soon as you know whether or not you will be able to join us. We will need a firm reply by April 15.
We love and cherish all the kids in our circle. Although they are welcome at the other weekend events, due to space limitations we have decided to make the wedding and reception adults- only. For those in the Ives family, please coordinate with other family members for child care. We are also happy to hire child care services if needed, so please let us know if will be needed.
The Inn has put a lock on their rooms for our wedding group. The rooms will be released to other guests on April 28, so you will want to get your reservations in before that date.
Unfortunately, there is no way to know what will be happening with COVID on the weekend of the wedding. Partly because of this, we are planning to hold all of the weekend’s events outdoors. Our guests are coming from places that have different COVID risk levels and some of our nearest and dearest are vulnerable or are in close contact with those who are. We ask all guests to wear masks in common indoor spaces to keep everyone safe. If you feel sick, have any symptoms (fever, cough, etc.), or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive to the virus within the last week we ask you please not to attend
As mentioned above, all events will be outdoors. A tent is available if there will be rain.
Yes, and we would love to see everyone there.
The dress code for the ceremony and reception is dressy casual. For the other events, wear what you like! Remember that all the events are outdoors (under cover if it rains) so please check the weather forecast when you pack to make sure you will be comfortable.
Our ceremony will start promptly at 6pm, so please arrive no later than 15 minutes before in order to get your seat so you don't miss anything!
You will be able to make dietary requests when you RSVP through this website (see the RSVP tab above). Whether you have a food allergy, gluten intolerance, or are vegetarian or vegan, we can accommodate your request with advance notice.
We will be providing beer and wine during the reception and everyone will receive 3 drink tickets. The Inn also has a bar if anyone wants to purchase something else. You can purchase your own drinks at the Friday night event.
As we have just consolidated two houses into one we don’t need anything more than to have you join us in Mazama. We also suggest that you could make a donation to one of the following charities: Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, Washington National Park Fund, or Catholic Community Services
For any questions before the day of our wedding, you can call or text us and we will get back to you as soon as we can! Here's our information: Sara: 206-920-5916, Doug: 206-849-2019.
