How will we get there?

Answer

If you choose to stay at the Charlotte Hilton Airport Hotel or the Embassy Suites Hotel, there will be a complimentary shuttle to take you to and from the venue. Otherwise, Lyft and Uber services are readily available in Charlotte.

When should I arrive?

Answer

I recommend arriving at 4 PM to grab some drinks, mingle, secure your seat and enjoy entertainment prior to the start of the ceremony. Doors will be closed and locked at 5 PM sharp.

What should I wear?

The dress code is semi-formal. This includes cocktail dresses for women and suits or shirt-and-tie for men. Traditional attire is also encouraged!

No, this is an adult only wedding. Enjoy the kid-free night!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

No extra guests will be permitted due to strict venue policies. There will only be enough seats for those invited. If a plus 1 was not included in your invitation, please do not bring anyone extra, as we are expecting to be packed to capacity.

Of course! Come hungry, as there will be plenty of food for everyone.

Where are you registered?

We elected to have a cash fund instead of a true registry. If you choose to give, please do so in the "Registry" tab. You can either contribute to our honeymoon or to newlywed cash fund.

Yes, there is plenty of free parking at the venue.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The majority of the wedding will be inside. The cocktail hour will be inside and outside.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Charlotte Douglas International Airport is the closest to the venue. The Charlotte Hilton Airport Hotel and the Embassy Suites both have complimentary shuttles from the airport to the hotel.
