Flight

Cancún International Airport

The closest and most convenient airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN). This is a major airport with direct flights from most large U.S. cities. We recommend booking flights that arrive during daylight hours when possible for the easiest travel experience. From Cancún, Playa del Carmen is approximately 45–60 minutes south by car or shuttle.

When booking your stay through our all-inclusive room block (link above), you’ll have the option to add round-trip airport shuttle service directly to your reservation. This shuttle will transport you from Cancún International Airport (CUN) to the resort and back at the end of your stay, allowing for a smooth and stress-free arrival. We highly recommend selecting this option, as it is the most convenient way to get to and from the resort. Guests who choose not to add the shuttle may arrange private transportation or taxis independently.
