Is there transportation to and from the resort?

Answer

For guests staying at Paradisus Playa del Carmen, we’ve made transportation easy. When booking your stay through our all-inclusive room block, you’ll have the option to add round-trip airport shuttle service directly to your reservation. This shuttle will transport you from Cancún International Airport (CUN) to the resort and back at the end of your stay, allowing for a smooth and stress-free arrival. We highly recommend selecting this option, as it is the most convenient way to get to and from the resort. Guests who choose not to add the shuttle may arrange private transportation or taxis independently.
