FAQs

The Wedding Website of Lauren Bana and Daniel Santa
We’re so grateful you’ll be celebrating with us! Below are a few helpful details to make planning your trip and joining our big day as seamless as possible.
Question

When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on March 8, 2027 in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico within Secrets Bahia Mita's All-Inclusive resort. More detailed venue information will be shared closer to the date.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! A valid passport is required for travel to Mexico. We recommend checking expiration dates now to avoid last-minute stress.

Question

When should I book my travel?

Answer

We recommend booking flights and accommodations at least 6–8 months in advance to secure the best options and rates.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

All wedding events will take place at our all-inclusive resort, and we kindly ask guests to stay on property. Our celebration is tied to guest accommodations, and having everyone together in one place will make the weekend even more special.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress code details will be included on the invitation, but think elevated, tropical elegance. Lightweight fabrics and comfortable shoes are encouraged.

Question

Will events be held on multiple days?

Answer

Yes! We plan to host a welcome gathering and additional celebrations throughout the weekend. Full schedule to come.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly noted. Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will primarily be an adults-only celebration. A few immediate family members’ children will be in attendance, but we truly encourage you to enjoy this as a getaway weekend and leave the kids at home — consider it a well-deserved vacation!

Question

Is there a registry?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift. If you wish to contribute, we’ve included options on our registry page to support our honeymoon and future together.

Question

I’m nervous about travel — what if plans change?

Answer

We completely understand that travel can feel uncertain. Please know there’s plenty of time, and we’ll keep everyone updated with important information as our date approaches.

Question

What is travel like to Puerto Vallarta?

Answer

Travel to Puerto Vallarta may require a connecting flight depending on your departure city, and total travel time can be a bit longer than a typical domestic trip. However, Puerto Vallarta is absolutely worth the journey. We encourage you to plan for a few days beyond the wedding events and make this a relaxing getaway — we can’t wait to celebrate and unwind together in paradise.
