Our venue is located right across Pacific Beach! Chill at the beach, rent equipment for some water activities, or walk around for food/drinks!
Torrey Pines State Beach
This is where our proposal happened. We love Torrey Pines and highly recommend you go here for a hike. The views are stunning!
Balboa Park
Balboa Park is filled with beautiful plants from around the world, museums, Spanish influenced architecture, and more. We love the cactus and rose gardens!
Sunset Cliffs
You can't go wrong watching sunset here or going for a stroll along the ocean!
La Jolla Cove
It gets pretty crowded, but the views and the sea lions are worth the visit! There is free street parking and paid garages.
Embarcadero
Take a stroll down the Embarcadero, then make your way to the convention center. That's where the iconic San Diego Comic Con is hosted!
Tacos El Gordo
The closest you'll get to Tijuana tacos! Other spots to check out for really good tacos are City Tacos and The Taco Stand.
Din Tai Fung
We love taking family and friends here! Be sure to get the xiao long bao (XLB, soup dumplings), and their chocolate mochi XLB for dessert. Reservations recommended.
Taegukgi Korean BBQ
This is one of our go-to KBBQ spots. Check Yelp if you can check-in online!
Sushi Ota
The best sushi you'll have in your life, hands down. Reservations recommended.
Born and Raised
Little Italy is full of delicious restaurants. If you want some good quality steak and feel like splurging, give this spot a try! Reservations recommended. Other recommendations for Little Italy are Farmers Table, Herb & Wood, Kettner Exchange, Juniper and Ivy, Crack Shack, Craft & Commerce, Ironside Fish & Oyster Bar, etc.
Liberty Station
This used to house people in the Navy, but it's transformed into a place with lots of open space, restaurants, and shops.
Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station
Their patio seating is so cozy! Definitely check out the rest of what Liberty Station has to offer! Other local breweries to try are Modern Times, 10 Barrel, Ballast Point, North Park Beer Co., Belching Beaver, Coronado Brewing, etc.
Stella Jean’s Ice Cream
We love their ube + pan de sal toffee ice cream! Other dessert spots we recommend are SomiSomi, Hammond's Ice Cream, MNGO Café, The Cravory, Holy Paleta, Baked Bear, Boba, etc.

If you're looking to fulfill your ube craving, look no further. Our favorite dessert here is their ube truffle.
