We technically knew each other in high school, but we didn’t really connect until after graduation when we both ended up working at the same clinic. We started dating in June 2020, and because of the pandemic, our first date was in the car at Sonic. Most of our dates were basically limited to ordering food to go and eating it in the car while watching YouTube videos together. Once everything finally started opening back up, we started going on cute “official” dates, introducing each other to new movies, and trying all kinds of funky foods… which eventually turned into frequent boba runs Now we spend most of our time going to concerts, getting takeout, watching movies together, and hanging out at home with our sweet boy Bandit curled up next to us while somehow taking up all the space for himself. We’re so excited to begin our lives together and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter with all of you!!

The proposal was so beautiful!!! My sister Josie and Logan were both plotting together to make the proposal itself so perfect. I had always talked about how magical wintertime feels, especially during Christmas time, so they found the perfect spot at The Woodlands Waterway District, right as a cold front was coming in. I had a suspicious feeling something was happening, especially with the “super special secret date” he was planning for us, but I was also clueless LOL. We walked down the path and stopped by this giant sphere with all these pretty lights. Logan held my hand and told me how much he loved me and that he was ready for us to spend the rest of our lives together. Next thing I knew, he was down on one knee asking me to marry him with the prettiest sparkly ring and the most beautiful red heart shaped ruby twinkling at me. OF COURSE I said yes!! I was shaking so hard, my ears were ringing and I had tunnel vision. He put the ring on my shaky finger and gave me the warmest hug. I told him how much I loved him back and couldn’t stop crying because of all the emotions omg! Next thing I knew, EVERYONE started coming down the hill. Our friends and families were all there taking pictures and waiting for us. I was so surprised and so happy at the same time. Truly the best day of our lives!!
