Rooms will then be based on a first come first serve basis to the public. Rooms can not be added to the block after the cut off date. The block will not be extended. Room/Rate are based on availability only after cutoff date. Room Reservation Procedures: Individual pays. All reservations made by individual guests by phone or internet shall be accompanied by a one-night room and tax deposit. All reservations and deposits shall be made on or prior to the Reservations Due Date. Individuals shall pay all room charges and incidentals prior to departure. Last shuttle from venue to the hotel will be 12:30 AM.
