What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Arrival by 3 PM is recommended. Ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. You will need to be seated by 3:55 PM. If late arrival, you will need to wait until the ceremony is concluded.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation includes a guest by name, they are warmly invited — otherwise, no. There will be a doorman with our RSVP'd guest list.

Are kids welcome?

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home! Thank you in advance for understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Best Western Plus Elgin Chicago West Dundee 2175 Marriott Dr, West Dundee, IL 60118 For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved. To begin making your reservation, call the hotel directly at 847-429-0300 and ask to be added to the "Ied Morales Wedding Block". Reservations Due Date: reservations must be received by the hotel on or before April 23rd, 2026. Rooms will then be based on a first come first serve basis to the public. Rooms can not be added to the block after the cut off date. The block will not be extended. Room/Rate are based on availability only after cutoff date. Room Reservation Procedures: Individual pays. All reservations made by individual guests by phone or internet shall be accompanied by a one-night room and tax deposit. All reservations and deposits shall be made on or prior to the Reservations Due Date. Individuals shall pay all room charges and incidentals prior to departure.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Huge parking lot. Car can be there until noon the next morning.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
If you book with our hotel block. There will be a shuttle bus that takes you from the hotel (Marriott) and gets you to the venue to grab the perfect seat for the ceremony. There will also be a shuttle back to hotel after reception.

Is The BRIX handicap accessible?

Yes. Every door has a ramp. ADA compliant.

Dress Code?

Formal attire. Black Tie: Optional. Men wear suits or button ups. Women wear long dresses, or elegant flowy gowns.
