When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Tuesday, December 20, 2021. You can either RSVP through our website or mail back your RSVP card in the provided envelope.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal or black-tie optional. Men should wear a dark suit with a shirt and tie (if they don’t wish to wear a tuxedo). Women should wear a floor-length gown, knee-length cocktail dress, a pantsuit, or dressy separates.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Accommodations have been arranged at a special rate with Carlsbad by the Sea and Hyatt Place San Diego/Vista-Carlsbad. To book a room at Carlsbad by the Sea, please call (800) 266-7880 and mention the Ta/Chhan wedding block when making your reservation. Rooms are $119/night before taxes and fees. To book at Hyatt Place San Diego/Vista-Carlsbad, please go to http://sandiegocarlsbad.place.hyatt.com/en/hotel/home.html?corp_id=G-CHTA. Click on the yellow 'Book Now' button on the top left and then enter your check-in and check-out dates. King bed (with sofa bed) rooms are $145/night. Two queen bed (with sofa bed) rooms are $155/night.

I have a dietary restriction/food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please fill out the dietary requirement section on the RSVP card included in the invitation or on our website. We also ask that you include the name of the guest(s) with the special request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer
