Once you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP under the "RSVP" page on our website as early as possible or by May 1st, 2026 at the latest. This will allow us adequate planning time to work with our vendors.
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we cannot accommodate any plus one requests. Your formal invitation will be made out to "Your Name" & Guest if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
While we love our little friends, this wedding ceremony will be child free. We hope you can use this night (or weekend) away as quality time with one another.
Yes! We encourage guests to wear elegant and formal attire. Please see the Dress Code page on the website for further inspiration and avoid wearing anything white or buttery yellow.
Although the ceremony starts at 4:30pm, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled prior to the proceedings.
Tivoli Italian Villa has free valet parking.
Both the ceremony and reception will be hosted outdoors with some coverage. Given it will be August in California, it may get a little toasty. We recommend dressing for the (warm) occasion!
We ask that during the ceremony, you keep your phones away and silent. We will have a photographer and videographer that will capture the 30-minute ceremony.
All together, the wedding will start at 4:30pm (arrival no later than 4:15pm) and end at 10:00pm, with doors closing by 11:00pm.
We will send reminders leading up to May 1st, 2026, but if we do not receive your RSVP, you will automatically be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you, but it's imperative we provide our vendors with final guest count within the deadlines given to us.
