For those arriving early, we will be chartering a boat to Isla Rosario - one of Cartagena's beautiful neighboring islands. Given the boat's capacity, please be sure to RSVP for this event so that you are accounted for with the transportation. The boats will leave promptly at 9AM and return at 4PM.

For those skipping the Island day, the Makarem parents are hosting a bilingual city tour of Cartagena ending with a lunch in the old city.

As a welcome to Cartagena and the wedding festivities, please join us at Alquímico for drinks, hors d'oeuvres and some speeches from family and friends. Located in the Historical Walled City in a colonial palace, Alquímico is an art-deco bar that serves an array of locally-inspired, specialty cocktails.
