Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF) and Richmond International (RIC) are the best options to fly.
We have a limited number of rooms reserved at the Williamsburg Lodge. If the room block is full at the time of booking, you can still book at the hotel outside of the rooms reserved for our wedding. Please email Lauren at lauren.donnally@gmail.com if you have any questions about booking at the Williamsburg Lodge for our wedding. If you need recommendations for other hotels or bed and breakfasts, feel free to send us a note at jasandager@gmail.com.
Williamsburg is a fairly small area - if you aren't renting a car, you can Uber or taxi most places. If you are staying at The Williamsburg Lodge (or downtown historic area) most things you need are walking distance - including our wedding at The Williamsburg Inn. For guests choosing to drive to our ceremony/reception, parking will be complimentary.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm so we suggest arriving a little earlier than that to get a seat.
Parking is complimentary for guests of our wedding at The Williamsburg Inn. The ceremony and reception are walking distance from the Williamsburg Lodge. We recommend guests walk or ask the front desk staff at the Williamsburg Lodge for the complimentary shuttle to The Williamsburg Inn.
We suggest cocktail attire with sensible shoes - lots of grass and cobblestones in Williamsburg. Our ceremony will be outdoors and our reception will be inside. We recommend staying hydrated, dressing for the weather, and packing some sunglasses. If there is inclement weather, we will communicate a rain plan.
We are registered at Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn, and Zola.
