We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Is There A Shuttle To And From The Hotel To The Ceremony?

Answer

No. Our guests will be staying in various locations. If you are staying in the Agoura Hills/Woodland Hills/Malibu area we suggest using a rideshare service to avoid the hassle of driving. The Towneplace Suites hotel listed (details listed on the Travel page) is located 3 minutes by car. Otherwise, please find a designated wedding attendee to carpool with. The ceremony and reception are at the same location, so this should make organizing transportation a bit easier.

Can I Bring A Date?

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer it if it was just you. **Space is limited please contact us directly with any questions pertaining to this matter.

What’s The Dress Code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire, please. Cocktail attire is meant to bridge the gap between day and night. Cocktail attire is a balance between formal and casual and elegant and comfortable. Think somewhere between a sophisticated formal occasion and party wear. To an event with this dress code, men typically wear a suit and tie (which can be removed when the party starts) while women wear a cocktail dress. **Women bring a pair of flats if you need them for dancing please**

2. What will the weather be like this time of year?

It will be HOT! Please keep the weather in mind when choosing your attire. We want you to be elegant without overheating.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in the lawn area and the reception will commence indoors with access to the outside grounds.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Immediately following the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. There will be a mingling cocktail hour in the adjacent courtyard, with eclectic music and games where we will be serving appetizers and refreshments.

Old Hollywood Rustic Glam. There will be variations of metallic golds with an emphasis on rose gold, copper, rose pink, and nude

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we have a room block at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Thousand Oaks Agoura Hills. Please use code Bailey-Samuel Wedding Room Block. Address: 29505 Agoura Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301 Phone: (747) 263-2348 ****************************************************************************************** This Brand new Courtyard Marriott/TownePlace by Marriott Suites is approximately three minutes from our wedding/reception venue. It has great reviews boasting of its comfortability, cleanliness, amenities, and great customer service. There are full kitchens in each suite, with free breakfast, free wi-fi, complimentary parking, a gym, and a pool. This is a great location to stay if you plan on taking a rideshare to the event. The group discount rate is $204 per night from July 22-24 (no resort fee). Call-in/online booking must be completed by July 1st. **Please book one room per invitation only. Room availability is limited.
