-All wedding guests 18 years and older are required to complete a pre-enrollment questionnaire on the DBIS website no later than 60 days before the wedding (February 2nd).
This registration process includes submitting personal info such as:
-Full legal name
-Date of birth
-Social Security Number (SSN)
-Driver’s license/state ID number
-Possibly citizenship status and other info
This step is mandatory to ensure access to the venue and meet security requirements. We appreciate your cooperation and timely submission. Once your submission is complete, you will receive a QR code. Please send Megan your QR code through email: meganelder88@gmail.com.
