How do guests access the Naval Base?

Answer

All guests 18 years and older will need to submit a pre-enrollment registration. Please see the "Base Access Information Page" more more detailed information. Once the registration is filled out, please email Megan your unique QR code at meganelder88@gmail.com.

Do I need to RSVP on the website?

Answer

Please be sure to RSVP on our website and complete the Base Access Pre-Enrollment form. Access to the base will not be permitted without completing the pre-enrollment process.

What should I bring to the wedding?

Answer

Please bring the following items: -A valid form of identification (e.g., driver’s license or passport) -Your printed base access pass (required for entry onto the base) -Dancing shoes! (Get ready to celebrate with us on the dance floor)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5pm. We recommend arriving at least an hour prior to the ceremony to allow time to get onto the base, park, and find your seat.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we’ve decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration to keep the focus on our special day. Thank you so much for understanding — we can’t wait to celebrate with you and make unforgettable memories together!

Is there a dress code?

Dress Code: Formal Attire Please join us in your best evening wear — suits and ties, long dresses or elegant cocktail attire are perfect. We can’t wait to see you looking your best!
