Room Block Dates: Jan 11-15, 2026 (you can request longer stays, pending availability). Please note a minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

Payment Timeline:
1/2 of your room cost is due Sept 26th.
Last 1/2 is due Oct 28th.
You can create your own payment plan at any interval/amount before these dates.
If you want transportation to/from the hotel ($85 total per person), please submit your flight information by Nov 30th.
