Cancun International Airport. Transportation to and from this airport is offered as an add-on to your room booking at the TRS Coral or Palladium for an additional $85/person. You are welcome to book transportation on your own as well.

Answer

Yes. The event pass cost is $120 and allows you to be on property 30mins prior to the wedding and 30mins after the reception ends.

We absolutely adore children and love that many of you have little ones! After careful consideration, we’ve decided to make our wedding adults-only to keep the atmosphere intimate and relaxed. However, you can still bring your children along on the vacation just not the wedding itself! Families with children or guests under 18 will need to stay at the Grand Palladium, and we kindly ask that you arrange childcare during the wedding festivities or arrange child care at home (wherever that may be). We completely understand that being a parent comes first, and if this makes it difficult for you to attend, please know we totally understand. We appreciate your love and support! Contact us for more information about potential options for childcare at the resort.

Answer

TRS Coral is the adult-only side. The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres is the family-friendly side, welcoming families with children. Any guest at the TRS Coral is allowed to go to the Grand Palladium side at any time, but guests at the Grand Palladium side cannot go to the TRS side (outside of the wedding itself).

The following services and amenities are included as part of the “All Inclusive Plan” offered: • Fine dining options at à la cart and gourmet buffet restaurants as well as room service. Room service is subject to delivery service fees. • Unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks at lounges and bars. • Top-notch entertainment featuring live music and performances. • Chic Cabaret Dinner-Show is complementary for guests staying at TRS Hotels (where available), Reservation’s Fee/Cover Charge will apply. Additional cost applies for guests staying at Grand Palladium or Family Selection properties. • Daily and nightly activities. • Fitness center, spectacular pools and kid’s water park. • Basic Wi-Fi internet access.
