Picasso Museum Málaga
Pablo Picasso was born in Málaga in 1881 and spent his early childhood here. He wished for his artwork to be displayed in his hometown and so in 2003 the museum was opened thanks to his grandson and daughter-in-law who donated many of the displayed works.
Catedral de la Encarnación de Málaga
The Cathedral of Málaga is a Roman Catholic church in the city of Málaga in Andalusia in southern Spain. It was constructed between 1528 and 1782.
Alcazaba de Málaga
The Alcazaba is a 10th century fortress located in the center of the city. It is one of the best preserved Alcazabas in Spain.
Caves of Nerja
A series of caverns in the town of Nerja which contain the largest stalagmite in the world at 32 meters. The caves are divided into two parts: Nerja I and Nerja II. Access is via flight of stairs and concrete pathways. Guided tours are available, it is recommended to book tickets in advance.
Caminito del Rey - South Access
A unique aerial footpath 100 meters up the wall of a gorge. It was built between the waterfalls of Gaitanejo and El Chorro to bring materials and maintenance workers to the local hydroelectric dam.
Balcón de Europa
The Balcon de Europa is a large balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on a cliff between two beaches with beautiful panoramic views of the ocean and Sierra Almijara mountain range.
