Shuttle to & From Hotel

We have a bus (a fancy, super classy school bus) to take guests to and from The Study hotel. The shuttle will LEAVE the hotel at 3:30, so be there a little early to be on board. There will be two trips home at 10:00 and 10:30. Even if you're not stayin at The Study, but you're somewhere nearby, you are welcome to take the shuttle!

The Study at University City

We have a room block set up for a discounted price of $189/night for a king or two doubles. Rooms are blocked for Friday and Saturday night, but you don't have to stay for both nights if you're just coming in on Saturday. This hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the B&B where Sarah & Sam are staying, and is likely where we will do the reception after party! If enough guests choose to stay here (or nearby), we will arrange a shuttle to & from the venue. You MUST BOOK BY OCTOBER 1st; after that day the block is released and rooms aren't guaranteed.

Flight

PHL

It's really the only option for flying into Philadelphia. Ubers to/from West Philly/University City should be about $20, unless general COVID surge pricing is still going on.

Train

Amtrak

30th Street Station is very close to the hotel that we're recommending. Like a 10-15 minute walk, but obviously you can take an Uber too, since you'll have your luggage.

Cornerstone Bed and Breakfast Philadelphia

Sarah and Sam will be staying at this six-room B&B. The rooms have already been assigned, but if you're looking for an AirBnB you can use Cornerstone as your map area. Be close to us so we can see you!
